Financial Analyst

One of the world's most prestigious medical research institutes is currently looking for a Finance Analyst to drive through improvements to Business Partnering and Analysis within the organisation.

With a reputation around the world as operating at the pinnacle of science, my client is a global leader in its field.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will effectively lead on all financial analysis, management reporting and business partnering for specific divisions across the organisation, with both a UK & international focus. You will be required to sit on monthly leadership meetings and present to the Exec team.

The role offers a huge amount of process improvement, with a focus to improve the business partnering service to budget holders, drive through improved MI and analysis and implement new investment appraisal methodologies for expenditure.

To be successful in this role, you will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years' PQE within a blue chip environment. You will have excellent business partnering skills, with a proven ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders at a senior level. You will have strong analytical skills, with previous experience in a Commercial Finance role a huge advantage.
