Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for a disability charity doing amazing work throughout the UK for a period of one year. The role is based in London.

The Interim Finance Manager position will be a varied role undertaking a number of different tasks. Some of the main responsibilities include managing the payroll department, management of the purchase ledger team, providing budget holders with advice as and when required, ensuring financial compliance with various statutory bodies, assisting with monthly management accounts, assist with the budgeting process, ad hoc reporting for board and exec team, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support more senior staff in finance.

The right person for this role will be a qualified accountant and have previous charity experience. You will need to have experience of a year end process, monbtly management accounts and have managed a payroll process before. Staff management experience is also a large element of the role so the ability to manage and develop staff is key. This is an excellent role for someone to join the charity and add a lot of value to an organisation working hard for disabled people as well as the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
