We are looking for a qualified accountant with strong post qualification experience, preferably with experience in a charity or not-for-profit environment and with experience of managing a budget of £15m to £30m.
Working alongside the CEO, the ideal candidate will be an exceptional accountant, excellent communicator (oral and written), hands-on with company finances, be commercially aware, and trusted adviser.
You will have overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the organisation's finances, you will analyse figures and implement recommendations with the most prudent outcomes.

Your role will extend beyond finance and will include remits for Procurement, HR and IT.
You will be ambitious and hungry to succeed, with drive and commitment, used to working in small teams with limited resources; prepared to get 'stuck in' and make things happen!
