Finance Analyst

This business partnering role is critical to the Finance department. The ideal candidate will provide support and advice and develop effective relationships with colleagues and will add real value to the division.

The objective of this role is to drive forward the use of analysis to evaluate business decision with significant exposure to the operation, contributing to and developing divisional performance analysis, including the monthly KPI dashboard, developing the monthly variance analysis, arranging regular meetings with budget holders, supporting the division in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, contribute to the preparation of business cases and predictive models and identify and resolve internal control and reporting issues.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team and is confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels.

Junior finance / Part Qualified with the proven ability to make a difference.

Previous experience of working in a multi-site/cost centre, high volume business.
