Commercial Finance Manager in a UK charity with operations overseas in Germany. The role is to ensure robust financial management of that region, and will be based in North Germany for the first 12 - 18 months.

Description
Commercial Finance Manager in a UK military charity with operations overseas in Germany. The role is to ensure robust financial management of the North Germany region, whose main focus is providing Healthcare services to locally based British troops. The duties and responsibilities of the role are:
- Prepare costing models, budget and pricing documents, and to assist in agreeing forecast expenditure targets / contract prices with clients.
- Prepare and monitor regular budget variance reports and present to managers with analysis of variances / risks and forecasts of expenditure and profit,
- Partner with budget holders to gather information and present accounts to Senior Management
- Reconcile payroll reports to ensure that all employees are paid correctly and promptly, and to ensure that all statutory deductions are made and paid to relevant authority on a timely basis.
- Preparation of annual accounts and audit schedules and liaising with auditors.
- Assist the in provision of financial information needed for strategic planning
- This role will be based in Norther Germany for the first 12 - 18 months, and will be based in London thereafter.
Profile
You must be CCAB qualified with experience in production of budgets, forecasts and management information within a multi-entity business. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of effective change management, ensuring financial best practice, and building effective relationships with non-financial stakeholders. This role will be based in North Germany for the first 12 - 18months. UK offices are based in Central London.
Job Offer
Circa £50,000 plus benefits.
