We are at a significant juncture in our development and are therefore seeking to appoint an outstanding individual as our new Chief Financial Officer.  Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead on the financial strategy for the organisation as well as driving business performance through oversight of all financial planning, forecasting, control, risk and analysis. You will ensure that our financial systems, processes and procurement strategy support and enable the effective and efficient delivery of our educational objectives.  As a member of the Executive Leadership Group, you will also play a critical role in developing, planning and shaping our corporate strategy. You will have significant experience in business development with a proven track record for attracting and sourcing additional income streams.

You will be a qualified accountant and bring experience of leading an effective finance function. You will bring strong people leadership experience and proven change management experience.  You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and excellent communication and business development skills.  Whatever your background, you will share our ambition to transform school performance and students’ life chances.
