International Finance Manager

Newly created position to join this award winning UK Business Consultancy who have been voted among one of the best UK companies to work for.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director – to take on full responsibility of Financial Reporting, Financial Control, Budgeting, Forecasting for the growing International business of a UK based Consultancy.

A hands on role that will work in tandem with the existing UK Finance Controller but will have emphasis on implementing the Financial Control  piece of the expansion of the German, US and other International offices.

Key Duties:

International

• Produce monthly management accounts

• Management of budget, P & L and business forecast reporting /analysis

• Business performance analysis

• Develop and improve Management Information (MI) reporting

• Establish/ support Monthly payroll reporting

• Production of VAT and Tax returns

• Implementation of internal processes and controls

• Support all year-end Audit preparation

• Cash forecasting and reporting

• Manage Banking relationships

Group

• Responsible for Group accounting/consolidation

• Manage staff bonus model

• Ad-hoc project work

Key Experience:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified (4 years PQE)

• Ideally qualified from a recognised Accountancy Practice

• Experience from a professional services background is ideal

• Strong technical background and a stickler for detail

• Strong experience of overseas accounting

• Must have ‘meeting room’ presence and able to present to senior stakeholders
