As the UK Finance Business Analyst – HQ & Overheads Planning you will sit in the UK FP&A function reporting into the Centre Planning Manager. The role will involve forecasting and planning HQ overheads and staff costs, and driving efficiencies through cost reviews.  You will support the team with the production of the monthly performance pack for the UK business to the EMEA board, using profitability flow tracks, and providing commentary and analysis for the UK Head Office. Given the commercial nature of this role you’ll have the opportunity to effectively communicate complex concepts in confidence, challenging internal customers when appropriate.

In this role we are looking for someone:

• Degree qualified
• Has previous finance experience (would consider no experience if relevant degree)
• Has an intention to study for accountancy qualification, or already part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)- Avis Budget Group will happily support the pursuit of this
• Is experienced in MS Office Suite – Advanced excel & PowerPoint experience preferred
• Holds outstanding verbal and written communication
• Has experience of problem solving, planning & prioritisation
