Commercial Finance Manager

This division of a market leading FMCG business is experiencing significant growth both organically and t acquisition. Due to expansion a new role has been created within the management team to business partner Sales & Marketing and interface with Supply Chain and Production to help the business achieve growth and profitability targets.

This value adding role also element of reporting: monthly reporting; budgeting and forecasting and commercial analysis on tenders.

* Key role in strategic decision making including strategic planning, pricing and supply chain initiatives * Profit improvement programs 

* Co-ordination of annual sales and standard margin budget, forecast updates and 3 month rolling forecasts. Presentation of the output with interpretation of key issues and variances

* Robust challenging and review of all actual and forecast commercial data

* Leading and developing team to improve decision making

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware individual with strong leadership capabilities with the ability to challenge and influence senior management.

You will also be a qualified accountant with a strong commercial background in a multi-national manufacturing business. You will also have experience of business partnering sales & marketing teams and have some knowledge of supply chain. For more details please contact Markus Cureton
