Business Analyst (Finance Systems)

We need an Business Analyst experienced in working with Finance Systems to define new and improved solutions in line with the overall organisational strategy. This is a permanent role based in our London office in Barbican. As well as developing the financial solutions for strategic GTA initiatives, the Business Analyst will also be focusing on re-platforming key financial services (e.g. payment services) to support our new point of sale website and digital aspirations. The Business Analyst will work closely with business users and members of the PMO, Development, Testing and IT Operations teams.

This is an exciting project working with a multi-disciplined team in global locations to deliver a new technology platform so we can continue to scale and innovate in the future. This is an opportunity to join a strong Agile delivery team and influence a successful delivery of the new platform.

So here's the profile of our ideal Business Analyst

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, having worked in the role on varied and complex projects, authoring user stories, business rules and non-functional requirements

Practical experience of working on Agile projects

Understands complex data models and data challenges found in large corporations

Has experience working with test teams and can assist with testing efforts

Experience with Finance Systems

Experience working in a finance and accounting environment
