International Assistant Accountant

Robertson Bell are recruiting an International Assistant Accountant for a large and well known International charity. This is an amazing opportunity for a fast learning and bright trainee accountant to excel in this fantastic and rewarding sector.

As the International Assistant Accountant you will work directly with the Financial Accounting team to produce schedules and analysis. You will get to partner with multiple international finance teams in order to support them with forecasting, budgeting, grants management, and restricted funds management. You will also be in charge of producing the monthly divisional finance reports for these departments.

The successful candidate will be a confidant communicator who has a high level of attention to detail and is capable of picking up tasks quickly. You will need to be studying for a recognised accountancy qualification and have experience within an accounting role where you have carried out numerous accounting function tasks. An advanced knowledge of Excel and other computerised accounts systems are essential. The successful applicant will also get to travel internationally for up to two weeks per year.
