FP&A Manager

The SF Group are recruiting for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for one of Nottingham's employers of choice. You will be managing a small team, and will be responsible for providing high quality financial support to the business to drive continuous improvement.

The FP&A Manager offers strong commercial and senior leadership exposure as well as management responsibility. You will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller and will lead the development and delivery of financial and strategic planning and commercially focused financial analysis for the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the process for all financial planning and reporting activities including strategic plan, budget, monthly forecasting, month and quarter end reporting requirements
• Production of high quality commercial financial analysis to support decision making
• Identify challenges to the financial performance for the business to address and make recommendations to enhance financial planning

As the FP&A Manager you will be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand the commercial drivers of a business. You will have excellent Excel and analytical skills. You will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders as well as excellent influencing skills.
