Assistant Accountant

Our client is looking to recruit a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join the divisional finance office of a large growing group. Working closely with the management accountant you will focus on Profit and Loss, budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities will include: monthly management accounts including profit & loss and analysis; produce and analyse he quarterly forecast and budgets working closely with the operational teams; production of monthly profitability reports and analysis; ad hoc project work on an ongoing basis; investigating and resolving queries.

The ideal candidate will be early stage part qualified, with relevant management accounting experience, coupled with a strong commercial instinct. You should be a confident communicator, comfortable building working relationships with other teams across the business and have good IT skills, SAP would be desirable.  This role will offer the scope to develop as you progress with your studies and develop a broad skillset to enable you to progress your finance career.
