Interim Financial Accountant £280-300 per day Coventry
Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a Shared services centre in Birmingham to source an able Shared Service Financial controller who can maintain robust control of the accounting process. The desired outcome: accurate reporting out to all divisions to agreed timescales
The Role:
• Provide leadership for the for shared service finance team
• Integrate new business entities into the shared service.
• Set the standard for the production of correct and timely monthly reporting with sensible commentary on variances.
• Ensure all statutory and tax obligations are met for the various territories .
• Work to best practice for ledger and transaction processing.
• Ensure the smooth running of the internal and external audit process.
• Drive KPI’s so that the organisation receive the best service and value form the shared service.
The Person:
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Demonstrate previous in depth exposure within shared service environment.
• Effectively manage teams in challenging circumstances .
• Worked with a number of ERP platforms.
• Proven delivery of reporting to agreed timescales with no surprises.
