My client a leading UK Home Builder, backed by a strong international Joint Venture Partnership, has an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong Real Estate expertise to be their Finance Manager and work directly for the CFO. The winning candidate must be a graduate and qualified accountant to perform monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, variance and actual analysis for the multiple SPV's within the project. In addition, strong financial reporting and tax management skills are required, specifically across CT, VAT & CIS. This is a fully operational role with strong career development for the right individual.
