Senior Finance Analyst

A West London Based housing association is currently seeking an enthusiastic Qualified Financial Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this challenging role will see the successful candidate playing an important link between finance and the rest of the organization especially the project managers.
A strong experience of business partnering within the Housing sector and advanced Excel knowledge will be fundamental to this role.

The successful candidate will lead on the production of the monthly capital project accounts providing detailed commentaries to support business decision-making, conduct variance analysis to highlight key risks and opportunities. 

In addition, the successful candidate will play a major role in the cost modelling of the projects. Creating dash boards, data manipulation and stress testing of figures will all be key experiences required.

The successful candidate will proactively assess existing processes and reporting, with a view to making improvements.

A background in the housing sector will be of operational benefit.
