This dynamic, global organisation, based in Central London, is currently looking to recruit to recruit a key role of Finance & Administration Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of finance and administration.

Description
Reporting to the Director of UK & Northern Europe, the Finance & Administration Manager will oversee finance and office administration in London, whilst liaising with the Head Office based in the Far East.
Your principle duties will include:
- Solely responsible for management accounting, including budget management and monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis
- Producing financial accounts, including month and year end closing
- Processing all aspects of general ledger preparation and payment processing
- Overseeing the payroll function and liaising with payroll bureau
- Office management duties, including building management, procurement and contracts
Profile
The successful Finance & Administration Manager will be part qualified and have extensive experience in a similar standalone position.
A strong understanding of Ms Excel is essential, which should include Pivot Tables and Lookups
