Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a national charity. This organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with the Director of Finance and Resources to lead a team of 2 whilst managing the general finance function. This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive and forward thinking organisation.
The Finance Manager will be crucial in leading and efficiently managing the finance department. The key responsibilities include:
*Preparation and reporting of statutory and management accounts
*Budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
*Managing the finance team (2 staff) and improving effectiveness, development and overall mentoring of the team members
*Ensuring all efficiency within system process
*Business partnering with senior management, colleagues and trustees
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified CCAB accountant. You will have experience of effective business partnering, management accounts and producing group financial accounts and will be highly analytical. Experience of working within a charity with charity SORP and payroll experience is desirable.
