Commercial Finance Manager

The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Senior Commercial Finance Manager role for an International Retail business based in London. As Senior Commercial Finance Manager this role will lead the finance team for the Commercial and Online/Marketing teams, providing management information and analysis to aid decision-making and drive profitable growth.

They will oversee the planning, forecasting and reporting processes for UK sales, margin and stock and work cross functionally to ensure the end-to-end impact of decisions are understood, and improve the provision of value-adding commercial finance support across the business. The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will lead and develop a team.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of leading and developing a team and be a confident, hands-on individual with good attention to detail, able to prioritise and meet deadlines. They will have strong analytical, communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Retail experience is essential (ideally Buying and Merchandising). There will be a definite succession plan for this individual.
