About the team
The Finance team in NUS aims to provide high quality financial information and enable better decision making throughout the group by:
Enabling – through financial reporting and providing accountability to stakeholders;
Sustaining – through monitoring the attainment of planned objectives; and
Enhancing – through providing decision support
About this role
As a finance assistant you will be responsible for processing a large volume of purchase and sales ledger transaction in order to support the accurate and smooth operations within the NUS; finance functions. You will be responsible for dealing with queries from suppliers and customers and for regularly reviewing and maintaining all ledger accounts.
Profile
The successful finance assistant will have some relevant finance experience and will be keen to develop their skills and learn all aspects of the sales and purchase ledger processes. They should have the ability to prioritise their workload and to manage their time effectively to hit deadlines and have the ability to solve problems in a professional manner while maintaining exceptional customer service at all times.
