Finance Manager, Glasgow, £20000 - £30000

Your new role
You will work in a hands on finance manager role. Day to day duties will include purchase ledger, checking of timesheets, reconciliations and overseeing credit control and petty cash. Candidates would also be expected to deal with the preparation of management accounts and reports. you would have one direct report and would be involved in management meetings regularly, expected to feedback finance updates to the finance director.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have comprehensive experience processing purchase ledger and dealing with sales ledger, credit control and assisting with management accounting duties. Although payroll processing is outsourced, payroll knowledge is still required and the successful candidate must be up to date with current payroll legislation. The role is well suited to someone who would like to develop the role and make it their own, someone who can bring new ideas to the organisation and is excited to work in a charity organisation in a hands on position.
