Interim Balance Sheet Project Accountant

Your new company
A large international development charity based in Central London.

Your new role
You will be a key member of the global accounting team that is currently revamping and improving the quality of the balance sheet reporting internationally. You will report to the Head of Financial Accounting and be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the fixed assets and ledgers. This will entail bank and balance sheet reconciliation, cash allocation, posting journals, revaluing bank accounts and making corrections where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Financial Accountant who has recently undertaken a similar project for a large, complex international organisation. Prior experience of Sun and working for an international development charity would be very useful but not essential.
