Job Role

We require a dynamic individual who has a desire to take this role on and make it their own. Patisserie Holdings Plc is an established and growing brand and you must understand that you have a vital part to play in its continuing development and success.

As a key member of the finance team, you will take a high level of responsibility in the maintenance, development and control of your ledger and are expected to build strong relations with both your colleagues and its suppliers.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience of working within an accounts payable department in the UK. 

Responsibilities 

•    Management of a portfolio of suppliers accounts
•    Performance of monthly supplier statement reconciliations
•    Raising payments for suppliers
•    Ensuring the accuracy of the supplier accounts
•    Dealing pro-actively with supplier queries
•    Processing invoices in Sage and on the online ordering system 

Candidate requirements

•    Past experience of working in a busy purchase ledger department
•    Experience of handling key suppliers
•    Proactive attitude and able to work to tight deadlines
•    Attention to detail and numerical accuracy is essential
•    Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
•    Able to work in a team and on their own
•    Good IT skills including use of online portals and Excel skills
•    Multi-site, retail and experience of SAGE L50/ Sage 200 accounting software advantageous

•    Full time, Monday to Friday
•    Office hours 9am – 5pm
•    Free on site parking
•    Candidates must be based in or around Birmingham
