Finance Manager

Finance Manager required for a well established organisation in Bedfordshire. This is a newly created role that has arisen following a recent business review.  The remit of the role is very broad and will include setting KPI's, reviewing performance of the team via 1-2-1’s and providing relevant support and training, reviewing processes and systems, working closely with the senior finance team, stakeholders and third parties to ensure best practices are adhered to and that business objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional accounting background, have proven people management experience, and be very systems and process driven with strong Excel skills and sound commercial awareness. The ability to engage with both finance and non-finance people is a key success factor. You will ideally be CIMA or ACCA part qualified although Qualified by Experience candidates will be considered.
