Anthony Cole Associates are proud to be partnering with a listed fast growth global tech business that is currently experiencing a period of exciting change. This well respected business has offices across the world, and the recently appointed CFO is currently creating a world class finance function, of which a key piece is an International Accounting Manager to be based in their prestigious Central London offices.

Reporting into the Head of International Accounting, this highly visible and challenging role will be part of the HQ team in London preparing both monthly management and statutory reporting in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standard across the globe – including consolidations. The International Accounting Manager will ensure all balance sheet recs comply with IFRS and accounting policies, will prepare working papers and work closely with external auditors and will working with local CFO’s/controllers globally on completing and filing all statutory compliance. You will also help the commercial business teams understand and improve monthly management reporting - his will be a business facing role and will develop, implement and educate the business on accounting processes and policies, improve existing financial controls and assist in standardising them globally. The postholder will also assist with annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting when needed, and will develop and own the intercompany process and its FX reporting for the group.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will be a newly or recently qualified ACA/ACCA from a Big 4/Top 10 accounting firm, with Technology or Telco’s clients (TMT division or similar). Essential will be strong IFRS technical accounting skills, and involvement in group audits and consolidations. You will be a self-starter who enjoys problem solving, with a hands on approach and excellent communication skills – a second European language is highly desirable.
