The role of Customer Analytics Manager offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, highly numerate professional to make a significant difference within a well-established and rapidly growing challenger bank. This is a pivotal role with exposure to departmental leaders across our organisation.
We're looking for people with excellent analytical and communication skills who are excited by new technology and have the passion and tenacity to develop a small team of talented junior analysts.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- An innovative thinker with proven ability to make mental jumps
- Proactively and collaboratively develop analysis and insight
- Apply excellent analytical and technical ability to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team
- Take ownership for initiatives and deliver through self and others
- Line management responsibilities for direct reports
- Help drive the Digital Agenda across the bank
Key requirements:
- Strong SAS and / or SQL
- Strong Analytics background
- 2:1 in Numerate Degree
Beneficial requirements:
- Big 4 experience
- Financial Services (especially Credit Cards) experience
- Management Experience
