Have you got what it takes to succeed in a small team? Are you a fully qualified management accountant with a relevant CCAB qualification? Are you driven to trouble shoot and improve processes and procedures?

If you answered yes then you will be interested in our newly created role at the Pensions Management Institute. We are looking for a fully qualified, experienced professional from either the not for profit or commercial sector to be our Management Accountant.

Reporting to the Institute’s Head of Finance and Operations, working with a small Finance Department, the Management Accountants primary responsibilities will be managing the Institute’s day to day financial and reporting requirements.

Alongside this, the role holder will have a wide range of other duties in connection with the general financial management and control of the Institute’s activities.

The successful applicant will have a high level of personal integrity, reliability and trustworthiness and be conscientious and dedicated.  You must also be able to demonstrate your ability in utilising IT systems to improve processes and procedures.

Sage line 50 experience is also highly desirable.  Excellent skills in written and verbal communication are essential.
