Group Finance Manager

I am working with a global marketing company on a Group Finance Manager position. The main responsibilities of the role will range from external reporting for the business EMEA region to the consolidation of the monthly management accounts.  Reporting to the Finance Director, the individual will oversee a team of analysts with the additional goal of streamlining all financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of finance analysts, providing support and development where required.
• Ensure financial information is effectively translated to senior management and commercial teams.
• Liaise with managing agents to ensure consistency and timeliness of accounting information.
• Analysis of monthly management reporting for the EMEA Group’s operations
• Preparation of Quarter/Full Year Financial Reporting Package for Group
• Provide accounting support and guidance to all Business Units for EMEA region
• Preparation of UK entity financial statements under IFRS
• Ensure group reporting is timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA fully qualified.
• Educated to degree level.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Confident communicator with all levels of management.
• Well organised with excellent time management skills
• A candidate who works well within a team and brings the best out of his or her teammates.
