An accounts assistant is required in the pharmaceutical business for a top company in their Surrey office.

The main Accounts Assistant responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Process employee expense claims, audit claims as per company policy
  • Liaise with other department with regards to recharge costs
  • Look into and resolve issues with credit cards transactions that have not been uploaded correctly
  • Prepare and process payment runs
  • Prepare manual payments where necessary
  • Coordinate resolution of queries and process issues in Accounts Payable

It would be advantageous if you possess:

  • SAP experience
