Based in Derbyshire with an extensive network across Europe and the Middle East, Shakespeare Pharma and its subsidiaries Ayva Pharma and Ayva Clinical Trials Services are dynamic, privately owned enterprises committed to delivering operational excellence within the fields of Pharmaceutical Import, Export and Clinical Trials Supply.

As Shakespeare’s new Financial Controller, your focus will be primarily on their rapidly growing European enterprise, however your reach will extend across the three organisations and you will have responsibility for numerous crucial tasks, working closely with the Finance Director.

You will be able to deliver high quality, in-depth financial information in a timely manner and your effective support of the Finance Director on all monetary matters ranging from financial reconciliation to debt management will directly impact the continued growth of this burgeoning business.

We seek an AAT qualified or part qualified CIMA / ACCA individual with commercial exposure, able to make an immediate impact on the business. Your appreciation for numbers and acute attention to detail will be balanced with strong business awareness and the ability to work cross functionally. You will be excited by the prospect of working for a high growth business, and the opportunities that this could present.
