Finance Business Analyst

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Analyst based in Greater Manchester to join a Business services organisation. The role duration is 9 months and will be paying £200 - £250 per day + 10% completion bonus.

About the Finance Business Analyst role

You will be completing the following tasks:

• Working as part of a project, you will be designing and testing new processes that are to be implemented in the Shared Service Centre (SSC)
• Process mapping, to include documenting existing processes and outlining ways to make improvements
• Predicting process weak spots, and offering solutions, working closely with the Systems team as the business goes through a new system implementation
• Business Partnering with the team in the SSC, and the wider business, as work is moved into the Centralised function
• Offering training workshops on new processes as required
• Completing analytical work and reports for the business on progress of the ongoing transformational project

About you

This business are looking for a Qualified Accountant (or overseas equivalent) who has moved into a Project capacity, and is experienced with working in finance transformational positions. Experience of using Oracle is important, as is any other system implementation work. Strong process improvement, good analytical skills and previous work within a project environment are all important as well.
