Finance Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Media agency who work with some of the best know global brands located near London Bridge. They are a fast growing and ambitious business who are looking to add to their team a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the senior management team, you will manage effectively the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Your duties shall include;

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Provided reports on profitability per job type, cash flow forecasting and KPIs
• Management of budgets and forecasts and working with budget holders on variances
• Managing intercompany transactions
• Working with project managers to ensure billing plans, sales invoices, purchase orders are managed correctly
• Manage client billing
• Assist outsourced accountant with statutory accounts preparation
• Quarterly VAT
• Manage 2 junior finance assistances - and approve sales invoices, purchase orders and staff expenses
• Review and authorise BACS and Foreign payments
• Ad hoc projects as required by senior management

The ideal candidate for this shall be;

• Either CIMA or ACCA Qualified (Or equivalent)
• Strong management accounts, budget and forecasts experience
• Experience of implementing processes and systems
• Experience of working with WIP
• Able to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders
