Finance Assistant

Robert Half are recruiting for a London Stock Exchange listed leading financial services software house. The organisation in question is well established having had a premium listing on the LSE since 1974 and is a leading player within its field. The role in question is a financial assistant position which will report directly in to the financial controller.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Raising sales invoices, ensuring client payments are received in accordance with contractual terms, managing the expenses process. Given that this role will report directly in to the financial controller this position will also involve a great deal of ad-hoc core financial and accounting duties i.e. assisting with the production of accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of monthly packs.

Salary & Requirements: £30k. The successful candidate will have prior accounts receivable and credit control experience and ideally be educated to degree level.
