Audit Finance Analyst / SoX co-ordinator

We are looking for a finance analyst to join an international car manufacturer to augment the finance team looking at the Internal Control Assurance Programme. This is a long tem contract and would suit a candidate with the desire to work for one of the worlds leading car companies and who has some understanding and experience of audit or compliance.

Position Description: 

•  Complete annual Internal Control Assurance Programme (ICAP), including Sarbanes-Oxley (S-Ox) significant controls validation;
• Facilitate the resolution of all Audit and Operations Identified Comments through agreed effective and sustainable corrective action plans;
• Perform process audits or controls evaluation of control environment and publish findings in Internal Control Evaluation Reports
• Participate in regular Internal Control Reviews and other Operational reviews to identify control issues through metrics performance reporting / trend data, etc.
• Liaise with Corporate Audit - support Manufacturing Operations and liaise with Corporate Auditors during audit fieldwork to ensure a quality audit event.

Skills Required:

• Experience in Audit or compliance
• Proven analytical skills
• sound knowledge of Excel
