Accounts Semi Senior

This Semi Senior Accountant role is based at a large but growing and highly successful Accountancy practice in Tunbruidge Wells. They have a fantastic reputation and are looking for a Semi Senior to develop with the practice, offering exposure to FRS 102 transition and large clients.

Description

My client is looking for a part qualified or recently qualified ACCA or ACA candidate.

Office and client facing role working in a team of 3 and reporting to a manager

Be able to produce full sets of accounts from basic records through to computerised packages

Produce double entry bookkeeping both on and off site

Preparation of VAT returns

Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts ready for managers review

Corporate & non-corporate preparation of accounts

High level of accounts preparation to be reviewed by manager

Contribute where needed to some ad-hoc office work

Profile

3 years minimum practical experience of working in a Chartered Accountancy Firm ACA/ACCA or AAT studier

Multi-tasker Experience of working with Sage, Xero and Quickbooks Clear and strong communication skills both verbally and written Prioritise daily working Meet set deadlines Team Player
