Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an Accounts Assistant The company are in the technology music sector and have a global client base in over 70 countries.
The Role is a new requirement and is based at their head office in High Wycombe.
It reports directly to the Management Accountant and will be responsible for assisting in the accounts department with Ledger controls, cash books, bank reconciliations Posting Cash Receipts, Chasing outstanding balances, Sending out statements, Setting up new customer accounts, Credit card payment reconciliations
and assisting with the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Supporting the accounts team with a varied range of duties whilst learning on the job.
The person will be an AAT studier with and have 1-3 years previous experience in an accounting role. Well presented ,out going and confident, a proactive, helpful get involved approach with clear confident communication skills.
