Our new company
Our client is a well established and highly recognised manufacturing business in the Northamptonshire area. They have a global presence in their market specialism and have exciting strategic growth plans to take the business on to its next level.

Your new role
This position is a collaborative finance role working closely with the central finance functions along with UK operations. With one direct report, technical responsibilities will include:
- Full P&L responsibility
- Variance Analysis
- Operational costing
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Group management reporting
- Stock accounting


What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful applicant you will be fully qualified CIMA with a minimum of two years demonstrable experience in manufacturing or engineering. Experience in management accounting and variance analysis is essential, along with the confidence to partner well with stakeholders, challenging them when required. You must also be strong on Excel and data interrogation and have the drive and ambition to progress with the business.
