Internal Audit Business Partner

Our client, a FTSE 250 tech business, is looking for a specialist to join their 14-strong finance team. Reporting to a highly driven and detail orientated Group head of Audit, the successful candidate will ensure a significant contribution to the company’s success, ultimately positively paving their own career paths within this highly reputable company.

You will be required to:

• Lead reviews through an end-to-end process
• Aid in the formulation, preparation and presentation of reports to the G.I.A and committee board. Contributing to the businesses endorsements and remediation changes.
• Assessing the audit function initiatives including risk management, assisting in the strategic, operation and financial  audit across various departments.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships ( including management)

Prospective candidates must be motivated and driven to progress – the team is extremely hard-working, working to efficiency to meet deadlines. In addition, a successful candidate must have:

• It is essential to have an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications. A background in the Top 4 is preferred.
• Experience with risk management and risk based auditing technique, general IT  controls and business cycles.
• Interest and knowledge in data analysis.
