Assistant Accountant

Excellent opportunity for a Part Qualified CIMA/ ACCA studier to join a progressive and ambitious financial services business as an Assistant Accountant located in the heart of London.

Key responsibilities for the Assistant Accountant will include but not limited to;

Supporting the activities of the finance and technical processing finance team
Maintenance of accounts payable, cash book and production of bank reconciliations
Ensuring all supplier payment runs are prepared and settled efficiently
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Support the production of monthly management accounts, cashflow projections and client money reconciliations
Support the production of regulatory returns for the subsidiary companies

Essentially you will be Part Qualified/ Finalist CIMA/ ACCA and educated to degree standard with exposure to Accounts Payable in the General Ledger. You will be motivated and keen to learn.
