Systems Accountant, North Cambridge, £40-45,000 plus car

Your new company
Medium sized expanding business based in North Cambridge seek to recruit a Systems Accountant on a permanent basis.

Your new role
This is a brand new opportunity that has been created to improve the reporting of time and attendance within the business. The organisation is currently undergoing implementation of a new cloud based attendance system and is seeking a finance professional to lead the project. Reporting directly into the CFO but also working closely with IT, HR and operations to ensure the system is effectively embedded and audited thoroughly. The time and attendance system will be servicing 3,500 employees and therefore is a pivotal project for the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have worked on a similar implementation project in the past and ideally have a understanding of financial control and auditing processes. Suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills with a proven track record of managing relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
Some travel may be required with the role in order to support the various sites, however a company car/ car allowance will be provided.
