The Integration Manager position is a business critical role that will ensure the business integrates acquired businesses in a manner that maximises ROI. A newly created position, you will have the autonomy to drive the key deliverables of this role whilst becoming an integral part of the growth strategy. Key responsibilities will be:
- Work with the Head of Integration to devise the integrate plan to ensure business targets are achieved and the strategy is delivered;
- Implement and drive appropriate performance metrics to ensure the tracking of revenue and cost synergies;
- Working with in-country teams, acting as Project Manager to deliver the integration within timelines and budget;
- Work with a multitude of functional leads to understand how the integration impacts their team and work-stream;
- Acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders and the acquired business to understand the nuances between the two;
- Working closely with the M&A team supporting with due diligence.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change at an Executive level;
- Experience working in or advising matrix organisations on the integration strategy;
- The ability to work collaboratively in complex situations without losing sight of the end goal;
- The ability to manage a number of different projects concurrently;
- Proven experience working in or advising fast growth organisations.
