Senior Retail Finance Analyst
One of the leading names on the British High Street is looking to recruit a Senior Retail Finance Analyst due to company expansion and workload. The role will be challenging and partnering with Operations, Supply chain and Distribution teams to provide financial information and support to help deliver targets and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Providing analysis and support to all stores, and over 100 retail support personnel
- Production of weekly and monthly performance reports including store P&Ls, category reports, KPI one pagers etc.
- Analysis of company shrinkage by store and SKU
- Provision of store wage and hours budgets by week, with analysis of performance and forward forecasts
- Providing analysis and support to the Logistics Director
- Analysis of weekly and monthly performance of KPIs
- Provision of cases for the Security team to carry out further investigations of fraud within stores
- Finance Business Partner for two regions i.e. regional managers, area managers and their field support teams including
- Production and ownership of Finance Packs
- Production and ownership of the Company's Retail KPI Bonus model
- Ownership of new store reporting and budgeting:
Skills/Qualifications:
- Retail/FMCG experience would be preferable
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
