A top tier Financial Accountant is needed to join a world renowned property services company based in the heart of London. Working alongside some of the brightest and most successful accountants in the industry, you will be responsible for the financial management of a designated property portfolio.
Working in a team of ten your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements and reporting to a number of clients
- Trial balance reporting and VAT reporting
- Attending accounts and surveying meetings and providing commentary
- Administering rent deposits, tenant refunds, and bad debt provisions
- Improving current procedures and controls
