Our client, a highly reputable Top 25 firm, is looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role will require someone to have an excellent knowledge of accounts and will involve extensive client contact.
Main responsibilities:

To work closely with a Partner, attend meetings with clients, assist with client negotiations.

Provide advice to entrepreneurs on the sale of their business as well as support the whole process.

Provide advice to businesses on acquisitions as well as financial due diligence.

Provide advisory support and bring together necessary advice and information for client projects.

Understand the specification of the assignment agreed with the client and to notify the Partner if there are any changes to be made.

Provide support with the preparation of valuations of businesses, pitches and proposals.

Business development and constant networking with potential clients.
The successful candidate will be ACCA / ACA qualified and have at least two years' experience working within a Corporate Finance team in Practice in the UK. You will be facing clients and be responsible for the preparation of relevant documentation, forecasts, and budgets.
