An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a successful growing technology organisation based in Slough. This role reports into the Financial Controller and would be ideal for an individual looking for their first major role in industry. The ideal candidate would be someone who is inquisitive, has a keen eye for problem solving and possesses excellent business partnering with both finance and non-finance areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end to end accounting process for a designated division whilst maintaining strict financial controls to ensure accuracy.
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation to produce budgets and forecasts whilst providing senior management with insight and advice.
- Carrying out detailed commercial analysis budgets and forecasting.
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified and have advanced Excel skills. A high commercial and business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to challenge business decisions.
