Chief Financial Officer

SF are working with a Midlands based private equity house to source a Chief Financial Officer for their own senior team.

Working flexibly between two and three days per week, the role will encompass a blend of traditional finance duties for the PE house with various non exec/advisory roles on the Boards of their portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate for this role will be pro-actively seeking a part time role - you will categorically not be using this role as a stop gap whilst you find a full time role. This position will either compliment other part times roles that you undertake or will be your only role on the basis that you no longer need or want to work full time.

You will be an experienced CFO and have undertaken multiple Finance Directorships within organisations backed by PE. As such you will have a detailed understanding of the expectations of PE houses, banks and other funders. Ideally you will already have a significantly sized network within the PE/corporate finance community.

For the right person this role should present an great balance between working in a dynamic and engaging environment coupled with having time out to focus on other projects.
