Role Summary
Our Client, a leading property company in central London is currently looking for an interim Qualified Accountant is to support the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the finance team in order to deliver timely and accurate reporting, and ensure that the underlying controls & processes are running smoothly and effectively.

- Have 3-5 years’ experience within a commercial or practice environment
- Proven technical skills
- Focus on continuous improvement

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- IT literate - Knowledge of Oracle would be advantageous
- IFRS Reporting
- Deliver balance sheet reconciliations to monthly deadlines
- Reconciliation and journal
- Fixed asset review
- Prepayments
- Review of Profit & Loss account
- Cash flow forecasting and month end cash management
