A prominent FTSE 100, based in central London, are looking for experienced Programme Manager to join their Group Cost Transformation Implementation Team. This is a permanent position that offers exceptional career progression and high level stakeholder exposure within one of the UK's leading businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the management and execution of large scale transformational change projects.
- Delivering high profile cost reduction initiatives.
- Driving upwards the cost transformation value delivered, through the analysis and identification of incremental initiatives.
- Support internal communication for the business transformation programme and secure the commitment of key stakeholders.
- Conducting post implementation reviews of both the analysis and delivery phases of programmes to continuously improve our delivery methodology.
Ideally candidates will comes from a Consultancy background however, exceptional candidates from industry with relevant cost saving and transformation experience will be considered. Formal programme management experience is a prerequisite and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience leading full life cycle, multi functional change projects within complex organisations.
