Service Charge Officer

My client a leading Crawley based housing association (commutable within an hour from most major London stations) with a turnover in excess of £200m and market leading for their strategy on housing/commercial property development. This organisation operates in both the private and public sector and are looking to recruit a Service Charge Officer.

The duties of the Service Charge Officer are the following; you will be responsible for reconciling the service charge expenditure and recovery report; work closely with Service Charge Manager to produce the annual service charge accounts; you will be a point of contact for auditors and ensure the relevant procedures are followed accordingly; ensure all service charge costs are recorded, analysed and reported correctly to show residents the breakdown of any costs incurred.              

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within service charge and will be confident in communicating across the business.
