The Role | Divisional Finance Director
- Take complete finance ownership of a UK focused infrastructure services division. The role will work closely with the Business Unit MD and will report directly into the UK CFO.
- You will lead a team of 4 direct reports and a wider number of indirect reports.
- There will be a major focus on leading the re-engineering of the financial control and process framework, which will then enable to division to improve its business & operational performance and ultimately put it on trajectory for growth, expansion and profit.
- £100k - £110k + Car + Pension
The Candidate:
- This role would suit an experienced Finance Director from the infrastructure / facilities / property management world, who can demonstrate strong track record of turnaround.
To be considered:
- Strong Academics
- Degree Educated
- Fully Qualified ACA Accountant (ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 10 years PQE
- Building Services / Facilities Management / Property Management
- Strong Financial Control and Process Improvement Experience
